Dr. Charlene Dukes, Ed.D., Founder & Principal, The Dukes Group LLC
Dr. Charlene Mickens Dukes, the first female president of Prince George’s Community College (PGCC), is a trailblazing leader in education, business development, and community impact. Under her leadership, PGCC became a White House Champion of Change and a national model for community college excellence. She played a pivotal role in expanding national security and technology partnerships, advocating for diversity and inclusion in higher education, and leading PGCC’s transformation into a Predominantly Black Institution (PBI) serving 44,000 students annually.
Dr. Dukes serves on multiple boards and advisory panels, shaping policies in business, education, and workforce development. She holds degrees from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pittsburgh.
