Maryland Secretary Of Commerce Kevin Anderson and PGCEDC President & CEO David Iannucci Take VIP Tour Of National Capital Business Park
Development in Upper Marlboro is one of the most significant development opportunities DMV
Largo, MD – Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation President and CEO David Iannucci joined Maryland Secretary of Commerce Kevin Anderson for a VIP tour of the new National Capital Business Park in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
The National Capital Business Park is one of the most significant development opportunities in the DMV. National Capital Business Park (“NCBP”) is a 3.5 million square feet of Class A industrial buildings designed to meet regional distribution, cold storage, manufacturing, and data center users.
"There are few opportunities to build new class A logistic facilities close to D.C. due to the shortage of industrial land," said David Iannucci. "National Capital Business Park is one of the largest development opportunities in the DMV with three to five million square feet for industrial and warehousing facilities just 20 minutes from the metropolitan city center and the ideal location for light manufacturing, e-commerce, and last mile logistics."
National Capital Business Park is ideally located to serve the entire eastern seaboard of the United States, from Maine to Florida. It’s the perfect location for light manufacturing, e-commerce, and last-mile logistics facilities, with several access points to DC, Baltimore, and I-495 (Capital Beltway) via Routes 4, 50, and 214.
Deliveries are expected to begin in January 2024.
