Pamela Rachal

Pamela is a certified leadership coach with over twenty-five years of managerial experience, having built a career in advertising and marketing while working for top multinational corporations and advertising agencies. In the course of her career, Pamela has served in many leadership roles including cross-functional team management, new product development, brand management, and multiple-agency team oversight.

PMR Coaching and Consulting was launched because of Pamela’s deep commitment and passion for helping managers reach their full potential and become strong, fearless and resilient leaders. She believes that strong leadership is demonstrated through behavior, mindset, creativity, and strategic thinking. With her training as a coach, combined with her years in management, Pamela helps professionals develop and implement skills and actions that increase their performance, elevate their leadership abilities, create better alliances with colleagues, ultimately leading to higher work satisfaction.

Pamela holds a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Coaching Certificate from American University (Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance). She is an active member of the International Coach Federation, Metro DC Chapter and the Association of Talent Development, Metro DC Chapter. She serves as a volunteer with the Women for Change Coaching Community and the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC).
