A business plan is not complete without a financial section that substantiates the plan. The financial section communicates to lenders the feasibility of the venture, profitability, and repayment ability. In this session, participants learn what the financial section includes, how to create a financial forecast with assumptions, and common mistakes lenders see in the underwriting stage of the loan review process.
