Approaching a lender for financing can be a daunting task. Understanding how lenders assess risk and evaluate credit increases the chances of getting your loan approved. In this course, participates will learn how to approach lenders for financing and understand how lenders use the “5 C’s of Credit” as part of the loan underwriting analysis.
