Seed Spot Impact Accelerator

PGCEDC and SEED SPOT have partnered to once again launch the Seed Spot Impact Accelerator, two 4-week accelerator programs for up to 20 small business owners, focusing on preparing underrepresented entrepreneurs for growth and investment through personalized coaching, industry-specific mentorship, and a curriculum targeting key business development areas. Following the program, participants gain access to SEED SPOT’s Alumni Resource Platform, providing invaluable benefits like facilitated introductions to investors, preferred vendor pricing, and ongoing support for sustained entrepreneurial success.

Upon completion of the Entrepreneur Impact Accelerator, participants can anticipate the following outcomes:

1. Refined Business Models: Entrepreneurs will emerge with finely-tuned business models, strategically positioning their ventures for sustainable growth and market success.

2. High-Performing Teams: Participants will cultivate effective management teams, fostering collaboration and leadership skills necessary for navigating the complexities of their respective industries.

3. Strategic Market Entry: Entrepreneurs will develop well-informed strategies for market entry and expansion, enabling them to make impactful entries into target markets and scale their operations effectively

4. Customer Acquisition Mastery: Through the program, entrepreneurs will gain expertise in developing customer acquisition and sales strategies, enhancing their ability to attract and retain customers. 

5. Investment Roadmaps: Participants will create robust investment roadmaps and exit strategies, positioning their businesses attractively for potential investors and paving the way for future funding opportunities.

Entrepreneur Impact Accelerator Details :

·       Week 1: Foundations & Discovery: Participants establish business assumptions, traction, and strategy using SEED SPOT’s Impact Business Model Canvas, identifying funding needs and opportunities while crafting their elevator and investor pitch with assigned mentors.

·       Week 2: Budget & Sales: Entrepreneurs refine financial models, three-year projections, budgets, and pricing strategies, delineating their sales funnel and implementing marketing tactics for each stage of the sales process.

·       Week 3: Communication & Impact: Focus on marketing, messaging, and measurement empowers participants to share impactful stories of social change and customer outcomes, with branding and messaging support provided by local professionals.

·       Week 4: The Pitch: Entrepreneurs hone their presentation skills, engage with stakeholders, and receive personalized support for loan applications, culminating in the delivery of an investor pitch during the SEED SPOT Accredited Investor Event.
