First Friday Coaching Session: Accountability Approved

  • PGC Economic Development Corp. 1801 McCormick Drive Largo United States (map)

How do you account for your commitments and intended actions? Explore strategies that support you and your team being more nonjudgmental and blame free!

Phases of opening brings about different emotions: excitement, relief and what (you fill in the blank)?

Join us for this co-active confidential group coaching workshop to identify your what, your why and your how.  As leaders of your company/business, you are accountable, and learning to hold yourself accountable takes effort. What do you need to make sure that happens? This workshop is designed to become more confident about your ability to set goals, complete agreed-upon tasks/ activities to accomplish what you set out to do with your business and for your clients. Be conscious of your commitments. Some of the problems with accountability stems from overextending yourself which distracts you from the things you agreed to because you find yourself overloaded. Be prepared to enhance your accountability mindset, which ultimately increases the value of your business.
