Expansion Starts Here for A.I.

 

Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation (PGCEDC) and the University of Maryland’s (UMD) Robert H. Smith School of Business are excited to continue a specialized program tailored for small business owners keen on leveraging artificial intelligence for business growth. This hybrid initiative features an online AI course, followed by an immersive in-person bootcamp at the UMD. The program offers a blend of A.I. focused education, personalized coaching, and industry-relevant mentorship.

Participants completing the AI for Small Business program will achieve transformative growth through:

Program Details:

  • In-Person Bootcamp: Half-day intensive session on specific AI topics. Each boot camp focuses on hands-on learning and real-world application. Topics might include:

  • A.I. for Customer Relationship Management: Dive into the transformative power of AI in enhancing customer interactions, personalizing experiences, and predicting consumer behaviors. Learn how AI-driven CRM tools can foster deeper relationships, drive sales, and improve customer retention.

  • Operational Efficiency with A.I.: Explore how artificial intelligence streamlines operations, automates repetitive tasks, and optimizes business processes. This boot camp offers insights into leveraging AI for cost savings, productivity boosts, and heightened operational agility.
