The Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) has prepared this site to highlight the distinct business advantages and opportunities available in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Our staff is eager to offer assistance to existing businesses, as well as to companies considering making Prince George’s County their home. We offer several business assistance programs, including help in finding an appropriate site, expediting permits and approvals, providing access to County and State business incentives, linkages to workforce assistance programs, and connecting companies to sources of financing for commercial development or small business loans and managerial and technical assistance.
